Life passes so quickly and before we realise, our babies are now toddlers, toddlers become young children, who quickly grow to teenagers and then adults. There is no better way, to freeze these moments in time before they pass by, with a family photography session.
At Natural Lights Photography we believe in capturing these moments and recording them for you forever. Family portraits should not be seen as luxury item, but an essential for every year, every moment and every event in our families lives.
Newborns
We aim to capture your little one just as they are, all so unique and precious. Newborns are just lovely to photograph in all their perfectness within the first 2 weeks old as they are still super sleepy.
These warm and cosy sessions take pace in our studio and will last for a few hours. We don’t hurry or rush and your little ones and you will walk away feeling relaxed, happy and excited about your images.
We do have some props in the studio available for your session, but we like to include things which have more meaning to you- a teddy given to your newborn by nana, a wrap which once belong to yourself or another family member, a bonnet which was made especially for your newest arrival.
Babies
Babies are full of laughter, smiles and exploration of the world. A way to capture your little one is to come along to multiple session over their first year, at new born, 4 months, 8 months and 12 months to ensure you capture your little one as their beautiful personality blossoms and they start to become who they are. .
Children
Children are always on the go and never tire or new and exciting things around them! This is why we love to photograph your children out on location. This way, we are able to capture their personalities as they explore the world around them. We work unobtrusively and capture all the natural and candid images as your children laugh, play and interact with each other, you and the world.

AEIOU Foundation Charity Book Program
Currently Natural Lights Photography is working with the AEIOU Foundation which supports children and their families who are living with Autism. Participating families who are photographed by Natural Lights Photography will have their session fee donated to the AEIOU Foundation. The families favorite image or series of images will then be included in the book to be printed in time for Christmas as a show of the support given by the studio and all the families involved.
