FREQUENTLY ASKED Questions
WHY DON'T YOU INCLUDE A SANTA IN ALL YOUR PHOTOS?
We get asked this a lot! In short, we wanted to offer an alternative to the generic and sometimes tacky traditional shopping center Christmas photos. Not all children like or are comfortable with Santa. It allows for an alternative for families who want the beautiful Chrismas theme without Santa too. We also have the ability to offer sessions to children with autism or sensory challenges. We offer Santa for our Tocal and Morpeth locations, and one day only at Catherine Hill Bay. The others dates are Santa free so you have the best of both options!
WHAT WILL THE LOCATION LOOK LIKE?
As you can see in the images displayed on this page, the backdrop is a stunning tunnel of trees lines with hundreds of baubles. This location has been carefully stylised to make an unforgettable scene for your Christmas photos. For our Santa in the Park sessions, we let the natural landscape and homestead be the star with Santa and style our Christmas set around our chosen spot on the day!
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Christmas theme clothing of course! Have some fun with it, dig out the Santa hats from the back of the cupboard. Wear clothing that complements each other but doesn’t totally match, avoid really loud clothing or designs with logos on them.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY PHOTOS AFTER THE SESSION?
All your images will be available to view on our easy to use client galleries and can be downloaded, purchased and shared on social media anytime. You can also share the link with friends and family so they too can see the images!
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY?
Fortunately, the area where we work is quite protected by the overhang of trees. We will continue to shoot as long as the rain isn’t torrential. If in the unlikely case that we have to stop because of the weather you will be rescheduled to an alternative date at the earliest convince.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SESSION?
We have a safe and secure online payment portal that you can easy book from your phone, tablet or computer. You can pay using Visa or Mastercard. Please contact the studio if you require another payment method.
CAN WE BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY?
We do love to include the whole family in the photos however due to time restraints we do have a limit of 5 people per session. If you would like to include more than 5 people we ask that you book a double session for the group. We also love to include your fury friends in the photos too!
DO YOU OFFER SENSITIVE SESSIONS?
We are very proud to be able to offer quiet, relaxed, and individual sessions for children who are sensitive or intolerant to noise, light, or crowds. Perfect for Children with Autism or sensory challenges. Just ask us for the best times available.
